With 30 years of general management, marketing and financial experience in both consumer products and financial services, Bob Devine has a proven track record in building high-performance organizations that deliver great results. Bob started his own Certified Public Accounting firm in 1978, left in 1983 to partner with client to grow the Wardley Corporation by 6 times (from $3 million to $18 million) and sold it to the Hartz Mountain Corporation in 1994…became President and CEO of the Hartz Mountain Corporation and bought the company from the founding family with a major private equity firm in 2000 and subsequently selling the company to a multi-national corporation in 2004. During Bob’s tenure at Hartz sales increased from $220 million to over $430 million. In 2006 Bob left Hartz and commenced his consulting career with a Toronto based process management firm - Managerial Design, which is now a division of Deloitte Canada. Realizing that many small to middle market businesses needed a window on how to get to the next level, Bob started his own firm – Devine Strategic Leadership LLC in 2008. In February, 2012 Devine Strategic Leadership merged with a New York Metro Accounting & Financial Services Firm - Sax Macy Fromm to run and expand their consulting capabilities.  Mr. Devine currently serves as an Advisory Board member of Divine Capital Markets

Lori Livingston

Lori Livingston is the founder of Transfer Online Inc., an  SEC-registered stock transfer agent, financial services provider, and consulting firm.  In 1999, Transfer Online became the first transfer agent in the industry to offer clients full reporting online.  Ms. Livingston expanded her investments in 2006 and joined the board of directors of Bigshare Mumbai, India, one of the  top three Corporate R&T Agents in India, handling  more than 350 PublicRight Issues and Open Offers.

In 2011, she joined the advisory board of Divine Capital, an Institutional Broker-Dealer providing domestic and international trading, fundamental equity research and investment banking.

Ms. Livingston serves in the capacity of adviser for multiple domestic and international companies and is regarded as a leader and an expert in the field of stock transfer, equities compliance and the integration of new technologies.

She is originally from New York and resides in Portland, Oregon where she serves on the Stakeholder Advisory Committee for the City of Portland 2035. Ms. Livingston mentors start-ups as part of the Startup PDX Challenge. She holds a degree from California State University, Northridge where she graduated with honors as a Julian Beck scholar.
