Institutional Banking and Sales
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our banking team.  Our firm embraces a culture of self starters and talented producers.  We focus on equity and convertible offerings in the $10 to $30 million range.  We build relationships with the street and participate in offerings as selling group member.

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Series 7 license
  • 3 to 5 years experience pitching and closing transactions
  • Thorough knowledge of theoretical and applied investment banking techniques as well as excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong relationships within the institutional and/or high net worth investment community
  • Incisive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a persuasive manner. Experience in making client presentations.
  • Ability to set priorities and realistic objectives
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software and the Internet. Proficiency in MS Office preferred.

Equity and Options Sales Trader
We are selectively expanding our equity and options sales trading team, and are seeking talented, highly motivated individuals and/or groups. 

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Series 7 license
  • A minimum of 2 years experience
  • Proven institutional and/or high net worth account relationships

Internships
We are currently seeking students interested in a summer intern position, May through August 2008.  The primary focus will be development and analysis of trading systems using domestic and global sector ETFs, with a secondary focus on quantitative equity screen evaluation. Graduate and Undergraduate students alike will gain hands-on experience in the development of current projects, with an educational background as to how these methods bridge the gap between traditional economics, fundamental and technical analysis.

We also have a smaller number of spaces available for students who are able to participate in an internship program during the current semester, January through May.
